I like to live in harmony with my body, mind and spirit. Therefore, I can say with confidence that I am the person who cannot live without his interests and hobbies. One of my favorite hobbies is running. I prefer to run in the morning because it is so beautiful and peaceful in the early hours. You can watch the sunrise, feel the fresh air on your face and, of course, listen to the birds singing. Well, of course, I generally like to play sports. I visit the gym, follow a diet and monitor my health and figure. Also, I am fond of drawing, it helps me to relax and convey my mood on the canvas. Another inspiration of mine is cooking.
